As part of the DC area SXSW representation comittee, Exotic Fever records hosted a big showcase for their bands today @ The Music Gym And Lounge.

Exotic Fever Records’ diverse roster of bands performed, including hardcore acts; Thank God, Pygmylush (featuring members of City of Caterpillar, Majority Rule, and Pg. 99), Turboslut, Snacktruck as well as the lo-fi indie rock of Resin Hits, the garage two piece known as Trophy Wife, the brutal metal of Thou and the rhtymic post-punk of Polaroppositebear. Turboslut and Trophy Wife hail from Washington DC while Pygmylush and Snacktruck are natives of Virginia. The rest are scattered across the country, with Polaroppositebear in Wichita KS, Thank God in Columbia SC, Resin Hits in Portland OR, and Thou in Baton Rouge LA
