I went on a little road trip to PA this past weekend. This song by Mason Jennings played as we drove through farm land. He has enough ideas for three songs here, but I’m glad he crammed them all together. Beautiful.
By the way, Lancaster, PA has a shockingly wonderful array of vintage shops and cool boutiques, including the unbeatable (yet rarely open) Zap & Co. specializing in art deco furniture and vintage threads. Across the street is another whose name alludes me but carried this gem of a lamp which is now proudly on display in my living room:

There is also the fabulous Metropolis, which combines an art gallery, a mid-century modern furniture showroom, and a Kid Robot store into one tiny little space. I picked up two wonderful pieces by San Francisco street artist Ako, including this one:
