I love Project Runway. It is sort of hard not to. But now I have a problem. Ever since the premiere last week I have been obsessed with the Tom Ford for Prez t-shirt that Blayne sported during the final runway. Seriously, obsessed. To the point I have spent entirely too much time on Google trying to find one. I even hit up eBay.

The shirt is like a ghost… I can’t find it anywhere.

I have always been a sucker for a good tee. I’ve already mentioned my love of American Apparel’s 50/25/25 blend. There may be one or two t-shirts hanging out in my closet that I have snagged from ex-boyfriends. And I have been known to go at a shirt with a pair of scissors, cut it up and then put it all back together again.

Pop used to carry a great DC flag t-shirt.
But they sold out, didn’t order any more and now sadly they are closing. DCMA makes a pretty kickass Obama Hope shirt. And nothing makes me happier than a 5-pack of Hanes v-neck men’s tees.

But this Tom Ford for Prez tee; it has taken everything to a whole new level. It’s Haagen Dazs’ dulce de leche and all the others are just Breyer’s vanilla. It is like comparing Beck’s Sea Change to Hanson’s Mm Bop.

I am going to give it a few more days and then I am heading over to zazzle to create my own.
