Ever since a month a go we announced the finalists for the BEST DRESSED LIST DC, we've been getting both a lot of positive feedback and a lot of plaintive "WHY IS SO-AND-SO-NOT ON THE LIST?" so we decided to open the gates for people's choice nominations as well.
