Oh no, The Points done brang the punk back to DC.
On Saturday night DC punk band The Points (of Fight Club fame) played DC9 for their record release party. In between trying not to get get sprayed by the Schlitz being spewed in the direction of Cobruhhh by the rowdy crowd and trying to get pictures of said act, I took in a punk show. These kids brought the heat.
I managed to catch one of the opening bands, The Ubangis as well, you'll recognize them by the dude in a leopard print skirt.
Shit was pretty epic. If you've never seen The Points before, I recommend you go check them out, preferably at Fight Club. That is all.
