When nightlife organizer Aaron Riggins started his WTF?! party at Town last year, he wasn’t sure what to expect.  But then, that was sort of the point.  Slapping together a collection of friends, DJs and visual artists, WTF?! was meant to serve as a mash-up of musical styles and gay sub-genres.

Held the Sunday night before a Federal holiday, the party packed the dance floor of Town the night before MLK Day.  With a low $5 cover, drink specials and great music, WTF?! is the perfect excuse to stay in town over a long holiday weekend.

The crowd this Sunday was a mix of alterna-gays, twinks, leathermen and a good grouping of lesbians.  The music was as wide-ranging as the crowd (featuring DJRad of Pink Sock) and Town resident DJs Wess and Ed Bailey.  Attendees were encouraged to climb onto boxes to take their turns as go-go dancers.  Yet, the highlight of the night was the go-go set held by an individual in a plush, orange-and-yellow cat costume that had everyone laughing and asking WTF?!
