Jeff has been ranting and raving about the AST Mountain Dew Tour for months now. From what I understand (and I understand very little):
The AST Dew Tour debuted in June 2005, as the first ever Action Sports Tour. The Tour is made up of five major events that take place over the course of five months, June thru October, and features skateboarding (park and vert), BMX (park, vert and dirt) and freestyle motocross.
The winners get A LOT of money there is more than 2.5 million in prizes to be won-the biggest prize bag in action sports) and more than 150 of the top action sports athletes in the world returned this year for the fourth season of the AST Dew Tour to compete for the highly coveted Dew Cup (horrible name-ed). Last year’s 2007 Dew Cup champions include Nate Adams (Freestyle Motocross), Jamie Bestwick (BMX Vert), Daniel Dhers (BMX Park), Ryan Nyquist (BMX Dirt), Shaun White (Skateboard Vert) and Ryan Sheckler (Skateboard Park).
Anyhoo, they cruised through Baltimore this past weekend and while Josh was not on hand to capture any of the actual sporting activities he was there to capture the afterparty @ Bedrock including some chick opening a beer bottle with her toothers and other classy activities.
