When it Riche’s, it pours, Sparks, that is.
I recently had the extremely exclusive opportunity to interview Richeski co-founder Gavireeno McHollander about his party. In between Sparks waterfalls with co-Richeski DJs Steve Starks, Nacey and special guest AC Slater, these bangers showed me every card they were holding (including all their body piercings, like whoa).
BYT: Everytime I come to shoot your parties I feel like my eyes are exploding with rainbows, how do you do it?
NRDJs: Actually, all credit for the cosmic coloring must go to the brothers Durklroy. We’ve heard that the boys actually go around all day trapping rainbows inside of Budweiser tins.
BYT: Reeeeeeally… is that why they’re always drinking that swill?
NRDJs: Yes, well, the floppy-haired one is actually releasing the rainbows while he consumes them, and then they radiate out through his head. The hair is actually just padding to keep his ears attached to his face.
BYT: Wow! What a hazardous occupation!
NRDJs: Yes, well if you don’t know, now you know.
The interview was unfortunately cut short by the sudden onslaught of a brigade of leprechauns who mistakenly thought there was pot of gold located inside the Rock ‘n Roll Hotel, but before they could realize it was actually coming out of cans of Bud, they were accidentally consumed rectally by a herd of ladies dropping their booties in synchronized form.
Look forward to enjoying DC’s finest monthly dance party next month when they once again bring waterfalls and rainbows to your face one more time.
