I mean, the night started off inauspiciously enough. Exactly was playing at Gold Leaf, their studio space, pretty normal sounding stuff… really, going into the weekend I hadn’t heard of anything that sounded all that exciting. I knew there were going to be surprises though, and knowing Jesse Bishop means that your surprise will almost definitely be buzz-worthy.
Chalk it up to Halloween and a surplus of fake blood and the annual female pastime of showing lots of skin, I dunno, but that’s just it, EXACTLY. It’s all in the delivery I guess, performance is everything with this band, and anyways as Mr. Bishop said himself, “when have you ever heard of a party at Gold Leaf that was worth missing? If there’s a party at Gold Leaf, you go.” Thank you, Ryan Wakeman.
And so I leave you with but a few more words and visual bonanza of, yes, boobies.
