Same thing happened w/Spoon when they canceled some shows to fly to NYC last minute and play Saturday Night Live. Sucks for the fans, though....
it wasn't awful, but it wasn't great. my friends' five year old son loves that song. he was in bed, but they recorded it for his viewing pleasure later.
What is it about lady gaga that everyone finds so interesting? is it the faux neo-soul singing or the outfits borrowed from Charlize Theron when she was on Arrested Development?

To her credit, this was far and away the best guest performance to have ever taken place on the AI stage. Yes, I watched.
