So, in the vein of sold-out, taunting previews a la Svetlana’s for Hot Chip, I present these pieces of info and audiovisuals to get you pumped if you happen to be a lucky ticket holder for Sonar’s beastly Friday show featuring Spoon supported by the Walkmen and the White Rabbits. If you haven’t secured tickets yet, maybe our friend Craig can help you out…though right now it’s not looking good OR cheap.
I had the great fortune of seeing the White Rabbits and interviewing them back when they played the Ottobar on the Walkmen’s tour earlier this year. Let me just say, they made an impression. I have been anxiously awaiting their next area performance. It came as little surprise that they were signed as labelmates with Radiohead on TBD.
