Hate me if you want for posting this, but I really don’t give a fuck.
The guys of Panic At The Disco are making their “comeback” after going undeground (or into the mountains of Nevada to be more specific) to write and record their latest album, Pretty.Odd., which will be released Mach 25.
Whether you openly or closeted-ly liked their last album (even if you absolutely hated it, admit it, the thing was damn catchy) the foursome is back with new tunes that are sure to surprise everybody- teenyboppers and indie-snobs alike.
Check out the video for the band’s first single, “Nine in the Afternoon” below. A little over the top and a tad creepy (girls with facial hair?) but still pretty damn entertaining. Truth is that I just think the lead singer is a major Mchottie. He’s my age. I have a chance.
Let me at least just think so, ok?
well this site has officially gone to shit (even more shit than it originally was, which was pretty shitty)…wtf

i feel older every second.
1. All their songs sound the same.
2. All their videos look the same.
I totally already posted this in my YM&EWK post like 3 days ago.
Come on Stephanie, you’re getting too old for emo. Let me handle it.
February 15, 2008 at 9:35 amCan’t the intern get a little bit of lovin’ around here?
Tripp, I don’t need any lip from you. I will out you. Right here. Right now.
February 15, 2008 at 10:03 amLooks like someone went to a Flaming Lips show and found his parent’s copy of Sgt. Peppers.
February 15, 2008 at 10:50 amAnd watched a lot of “clockwork orange”.
Kubrick is to blame for all manliner out there.
omg trip bannister is gay????? stephanie say it aint so
February 15, 2008 at 11:22 amI hate this band. And I hate pretty much everything they stand for. But when I’m loaded on Sparks, I’ll freely fist-pump to “Time To Dance.”
I fucking hate myself.
February 15, 2008 at 11:45 ami like some panic, truly. they are not a real band as far as you know, playing instruments and singing and what not, but i thought that first album was great. i loved that ‘can’t take the kid from the fight take the fight from the kid’ song.
there’s so old your bitter, and then there’s so old bitterness has passed you. that’s what i’m going for.
February 15, 2008 at 11:56 amI don’t like Panic but i do like a couple bands that influenced Panic’s influences.
I’ll be at the Derby killing high life if anyone cares to discuss.
February 15, 2008 at 12:32 pmFuck man, I tell my dad I’m gay all the time, and that it was his fault, and he made me that way by failing as a father, just to piss him off when i cant borrow his camaro.
Panic’s first record should have been called Matt Squire! at the Disco.
February 15, 2008 at 12:33 pmIt really is a piece of production that album. and there’s a new song on the readio that MUST be Matt Squire cause it’s got that same attention deficit disorder pop punk thing going on. like, 30 different songs with the same lyrics squashed into 2 and half minutes.
the singer of panic (brendon?) heard my last album once and reportedly dug a couple of the songs very much.
February 15, 2008 at 12:57 pmI meant to out who tripp is… The real tripp
If you all keep it up, no cupcakes tomorrow night
February 15, 2008 at 3:09 pmFor all you Panic lovers and haters - I’ll be interviewing them for this very site soon. Stay tuned. - Taylor
February 15, 2008 at 6:32 pmwhat???

February 15, 2008 at 6:50 pmtaylor has, shall we say, an intimate knowledge of the band.
so, she’s spearheading the effort herself.
its an exclusive.
or at least, it better be.
February 15, 2008 at 6:53 pmhaha

February 15, 2008 at 8:35 pmmore butchered smashing pumpkins’ covers!!
(i really really like panic, just not that cover)

I played Panic at the Disco! on the jukebox at Asylum last night, and no one burst into flames. In fact no one even complained. I think I saw some people singing along.
