Playing hopscotch from office to subway to home to Lovin' Cup's Cameo Gallery to make the Morning Benders' CD release show isn't an easy game. Especially when drowning in a flood of texts that the line is wrapped around the sidewalk and you might not even win at the game you thought you'd always be first in. But it turns out a camera is the only ticket that can get you into a full capacity show. And, I proceeded to nestle a nice spot after coat tailing on a girl that was fetching and delivering a cup of water for the lead vox man (who was quite the looker of the place.) She managed a really nice trail blaze to the front, albeit H2O sloshing from the Solo cup side-to-side.
It was a dripping iridescent type of performance and fans swooned to inch closer to the poison life of this Asian attraction. And the rain of the last dance was enough to fill your cup that you could take it home with you and drink it up until the morning, with their infectious Excuses tune still wet in your ears.

p.s. Morning Benders will be at the Black Cat tomorrow.
