10,000$ for this October's CMJ Music Marathon.
The artist sign up launched today and voting will be over the course of the next few
weeks.

Round One - Qualifying Round Important Dates:
Band & Artist Entry Submissions: August 20th - August 24th, 2007
Qualifying Round of Voting: August 25th - August 29th, 2007

Round Two - Semi-Final Round Important Dates:
Panel Judging: August 30th - September 4th, 2007

A panel of judges from Eclipse gum, AmieStreet.com and CMJ will take the top 20 artists/bands from the qualifying round with the most votes, review their submissions and narrow down the pool of bands/artists to a group of 5 to be taken into the finalist round.
Round Three - Final Round Important Dates:
Final Round of Voting: September 5th - September 13th, 2007

This is a great opportunity for musicians around the world to get thechance to play CMJ and it's also a great way for fans to be able to learn about the site and get to vote on who they'd want to see performin October. AmieStreet is also offering voters the chance to win passes to CMJ shows!
