Never been to 6th and I - how early do I need to get there to get a decent seat/space?

I've been looking forward to this show for a long time. It's going to be awesome.
6th and I fills up very fast for some reason and they always over sell and some people have to stand and there are lots of terrible seats, hence you should get there as early as possible.
or do as cale does, and send me to save you a seat while you are running late.

often times if it is a sold out show there is a line outside before the doors even open
