Sure the times are rough and the epidemic is spreading so really, WHAT BETTER reason to stay home, in the safety of your (presumably) germ free abode and watch some movies?
NO BETTER REASON.
So-fair readers, desinfect a loved one, get masked, cuddle up and pop these suckers in:
BABE
The ultimate swine are good and cute and nice movie. To be a good pig, you HAVE to think you are (at least) a dog.
ANIMAL FARM
George Orwell was ONTO SOMETHING, even if he didn't mean to. Dictatorial pigs take over a perfectly nice farm. A commentary on socialism? Sure. A perfectly appropriate pig paranoia movie? Definitely. You can watch the whole thing on youtube in 8 parts (or better yet, (re)read the book) by following this link.
This is part one:
PIGS
A seemingly horrible/amazing B movie I have not seen but have stumbled upon while researching (read:googling) this post which I plan to see at my earliest convenience.
Summary via yahoo movies:
On the run from the law after she murders her sexually abusive father, Lynn Hart (Toni Lawrence) takes a job at a small-town diner owned by creepy pig farmer Zambrini (cult icon Marc Lawrence, FROM DUSK TILL DAWN, THE BIG EASY). Haunted and tormented by memories of her father's crimes, Lynn turns into a savage killer whenever a man tries to sleep with her. Zambrini, who indulges in recreational murder himself, develops a fatherly affection for the girl, and covers up her crimes by feeding the corpses to his pigs, which have long since developed a taste for blood.

DELICATESSEN
While the pig is more of a symbol (see the fantastic poster work for this movie here) the general dark humor post-apocalyptic theme seems very apropos in the situation we find ourselves in today. Plus, this is a REALLY GOOD MOVIE, and if it takes Swine Flu for you to finally get to see it, then maybe Swine Flu is the best thing to happen to you this week.
EPIDEMIC
Sure, you could rent something about the ebola virus (wasn't there like 18 movies starring Dustin Hoffman released about it in 1992?) or something, but take the high and European road and rent Lars Von Trier's (who later on went to destroy your soul in "Breaking the Waves" and "Dancer in The Dark") meta story about writing about an epidemic WHILE THE EPIDEMIC IS HAPPENING.
And now, as you are good and primed, you may be (just maybe) ready for the ultimate germ/virus paranoia movie:
SAFE
Todd Haynes takes your suburban alter ego through chemical sensitivity hell. Yes-you are ONLY safe in your own home.
Feeling cozy yet?
Your own suggestions welcome in the comments.
God loves a cheerful giver.
"Eye of the Beholder" episode of The Twilight Zone. Not a movie, but too classic to pass up.

I'd also add Penelope - the cutest girl-with-a-pig-nose movie you'll see all year (and James McAvoy is a terrific bonus).
lest we not forget "Gordy"
BABE II PIG IN THE CITY IS ALSO AWESOMECON
What about Wild Hogs?
just kidding.
