Brightest Young Things

want to have fun, duh.

Ok-this week we're running awesome music montages in movies as our videos. This has me particularly excited because if there is one thing I love than that is overcoming difficulty and adversity in 3 minutes or less while set to some amazing uplifting music.

We kick off with the SJP/Helen Hunt/Jonathan Silverman/Shannon Doherty  classic in which Janey and Jeff learn to work together, dance together, and make out together to everything from Q-Feel to Holland. It is so good it deserves not 1 but 2 music sequences in here:

(the good part starts at 3:45min when "I Can Fly" by Rainey kicks in)

and of course, the final dance off:

God loves a cheerful giver.

I used to rewind those scenes over and over again. And fantasize about being Janey, high school was such a disappointment.

Also, I love So You Think You Can Dance, it's pretty much DTV realized.

Jeff must be related to Joey Lawrence...
