Brightest Young Things

Ok, so all those Eastern market explosions later it has been a semi slim pickins week.
This is who was in town:

1. Someone actually spots Russell Crowe. And not just in a smoke of dust. Apparently, he was checking out the high-end bikes at Bicycle Pro Shop in Georgetown on Saturday afternoon and made nice chitchat with the employees but only bought a bottle of water, to boot. (via Reliable Source)

1a. In the meantime Ridley Scott has moved on and is exploding things all over Baltimore now. If you have photos, we would like to add them to our collection

2. DC government is throwing all sorts of free shows on Thursdays at the Woodraw Wilson Plaza so those of you that were around the Ronald Reagan Building 7 pm-ish could have seen Hammer himself. Upside down pantalones not included.

3. Condi in a supermarket. Being Mean

4. Iman in a restaurant. Being Beautiful and Mean

5. Chuck Norris at the marine barracks parade hanging out with Jim Webb. Which means it is high time to whip out your Chuck Norris Facts T-shirt and wear it loud and proud.

Take your pick from:
Guns don't kill people. Chuck Norris kills People.
The chief export of Chuck Norris is Pain.
There is no chin under Chuck Norris' Beard. There is only another fist.
There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of creatures Chuck Norris has allowed to live.
and my personal favorite:
Contrary to popular belief, America is not a democracy, it is a Chucktatorship.

I passed the Post Master General on the sidewalk the other day. Does that count?
