The first U.K. punk single in 1976, and the first album, Damned Damned Damned, a year later. The first U.K. act to take punk back to America via a US tour. The first punk band to reform after a break up. The first band signed to Stiff Records. One of the forerunners of goth. They may not have the same name recognition as some of their contemporaries, but the Damned are just as legendary.

before anyone decides that they want to go to this show. they should keep in mind that i will be out of town and therefore not working that night.
on the other hand, Electric Frankenstein is fuckin rad and this show should be pretty good. so i don't know what to tell you.
I'll be damned if I miss this show, so even better to be damned AND saved with free tickets, right?
