I believe I am worthy of a free ticket bc:
a) I snoozed and loozed on TVotR tix for which Dirty Projectors are opening.
b) I have been myspace stalking Angel Deradoorian for years, even before she was even playing bass for DPs! (How awesome a name is that!)

Your first question might be, “Why do I qualify over all these other fine fans for the free tickets?” I have to answer that simply: I do not. I simply desire it more.

Let me start by saying I am not a very attractive man. Well, despite that a girl fell in love with me. We had a wonderful relationship. Very short, but very memorable. At the time I thought it would last forever. She was the most beautiful half-German, half-South American I had ever laid my eyes upon. We met in the bathroom of the Black Cat. She was using the urinal next to me (don't ask). I remember breaking the golden rule of urinals and looking over at her instead of up at the ceiling. When she left, I noticed that she had left her iPhone. My natural reaction to seeing such a beautiful woman leave such an expensive item was to steal it and play with the Lightsaber app that she had on it. Well, I found out later that night she had the ears of a cat. She strolled up to me while I was pretending to slice my friend in half and asked about my iPhone. Naturally I told her, "finders keepers." Our beautiful relationship hit off right then.

Anyway, a couple months passed and it was time. You know, the time when even the most virginal young boy (me) consummates his love for his significant other. I prepared every detail meticulously - right down to rose petals, scented candles, and music. Naturally, Slayer was my first choice but I remembered she was more of a Mastodon fan (and we know how they don't get along) so I quickly decided on the next best thing: A Place To Bury Strangers.

We began, and it was the most wonderful experience in my life.

She cheated on me and stole my favorite pair of boxers a week later.

Anyways, whenever I hear A Place To Bury strangers (especially “Don't Think Lover”), I am taken back to that magical moment where I became a man.

Find it in your heart to allow me to relive that moment, live.

I need these tickets in order to win back the heart of my Dreams-Come-True girl.
And: I love absolutely every single one of these bands. Yes. Every. Single. One. The Sky Drops, especially.
Thank you!
