This Sunday they're playing Charlottesville (!) Pavillion and while the tickets are a cool 35 bucks
we have 3 pairs to hustle out for free.

Was at Jones Beach when the ampitheater was struck by lightening in the middle of their set. So feeling a bit of a need for closure on that front.

Modest Mouse is how I got into music in high school. Then they started taking speed and they're albums got less good....however they once were my favorite band and still have a place in my heart. I tried to go to see senior year of high school- but I had a curfew- so it didn't work out. I have a 'This is a long drive for someone with nothing to think about' cassette tape that doesn't work anymore because I listened to it so many times.
Whew- DC to Charlottesville is a long drive for someone with nothing to talk about....
