hm, its hard because i'm not from dc but after almost a year living here i would say its not like a famous people that everybody know,, its a friend of mine,, she is 29 years, had a though time with friends and her family,, she is original from guyana .. now she has her life in control ,, is getting a police officer in a year, ( went back to school after a break), is married, and get the black belt of kickboxing next summer,, for me she is my favorite personality and kinda a hero for me,,,

No, I meant the guy on 7th and G or H who does aerobics in the street and just switches crosswalks when the lights change. This guy wears a full spandex workout uniform.
This one's easy: Marrion Barry. Served him once when he came in with his lady friend. She was dressed in the classiest of dresses. Mr. Barry didn't utter more than a mumble or two throughout dinner. Tipped well.

Hey Matt is the aerobics guy in Chinatown you speak of the same dude who jogs down the street backward, sometimes while spinning? I see this guy all the time and wonder how he is still alive. For some reason I imagine he's listening to 'I'm every woman' by Chaka Khan on repeat. What about the guy who haunts M st from The Con center to Georgetown? usually I see him in a Black leather trench (time of year does not matter) Rapping along to his cd player at the top of his lungs... you may also see him running, doing pull ups from various fixtures, push ups on the sidewalk or generally making white folks Downtown-Georgetown uncomfortable ...also, the dude is the most ripped human being I have ever seen.

i agree with Rasheed, EHN does so much for DC, she's awesome. unfortunately i can't go to the show, either, not that this is a real contest entry.
within maybe a 5 block radius around the white house, there's a different exerciser who is equally as weird as cedric. he plops down on street corners and does anaerobic exercise, mainly crunches (yes, on the cement) and push-ups (yes, he carries his own push-up bars with him).
What are push up bars? You mean hands?
