So rarely does DC get a good party Saturday night show that the arrival of Faint and Jaguar Love to 930 club is sure to turn into one big dance party.
Followed by an after-hours dance party we are hosting for them with Will Eastman and Filter and Free Booze at Civilian Art Projects from 11 till 3 or 4 or….
ANYHOO, we have a pair of tickets to the show plus a copy of the (to be released next week, but which you can preview on their myspace right now) Jaguar Love CD and goddammit, you know you want it/them.
TELL US WHY AND ALL THAT FUN CAN BE YOURS FOR FREE.
Easy is what we aim for.
Just as an aside, I am intensely excited for this. I don’t need the tickets though.
August 13, 2008 at 2:44 pmBecause I liked the Faint before anyone else who will comment in this section AND I’ve never seen them AND I despise the 9:30 club but because I’m openminded I am willing to give it another shot. It will help if these tickets come with VIP passes but I can probably arrange that on my own if not.

I have half naked dance parties in my office on a daily basis to The Faint, with the door wide open, while singing along to every word. “Worked Up So Sexual” is my favorite song to start with, before working my way through the rest of the album. I promise a similar dance routine on the floor of the 9:30 Club on Saturday if I get free tickets!
