This show (both the DC and Baltimore edition) has us so giddy we can barely stand it.
Interviews, ongoing gushing, afterparties in DC (click click for open bar details) and the like coming your way BUT
if you decide that this is best saved for an actual weekend (when it happens in @ Sonar in Baltimore under the TAX LO Anniversary banner) fear not:
we have 2 pairs of tickets to give away to this music and lights extravaganza to give away
Leave a comment and we’ll let the lucky winnerS know by Thursday 9am.
hi-yah!
cut me a break!
May 12, 2008 at 3:37 pmSame thing as what HARD ROW said but I also am broke, and really want to go.. :’( I already missed the relaunch because of the stupid ageists. THANKS
May 12, 2008 at 3:39 pmIt would totally be the shit if i got these
May 12, 2008 at 4:17 pmThis is worth the trip to Baltimore. Let’s get a big DC crew to invade this thing, like we did for Justice.
May 12, 2008 at 4:25 pmSeriously need that BYT thing because, again, the above is not me. You can tell because it has emoticons and a lack of !!!!!!!!!!!!!

(motha’ licka’)
May 12, 2008 at 5:58 pmCut Copy?? Pick me!
May 12, 2008 at 7:49 pmYes, I too missed the Relaunch Party because of the Mission: Impossible-like daring it would have taken to get friends and the like in, thanks to some type of -ism. And remember Green Apple Festival? Got absolutely drenched for that. But more recently, I got soaked standing on the muddy waterfall of a lawn for Radiohead in the pouring rain and gusting wind. Being able to see this show in Baltimore would make up for recent maladies. The Joy Pluck Club. Thank you.

May 13, 2008 at 10:28 amGIBBO ME TICKETS!
May 13, 2008 at 12:26 pmWOW… Cut Copy and Mobius Band are two of my favorite contemporary bands… I’d love go there, after after-party with open bar and after-after-party Brazilian Night at Saint Ex.. It will be awesome!!
Seriously I never won nothing here….
I would love to be at this show, but being a broke college kid, looks like i wont be able to make it.
unless i could magically stumble over some tickets?
May 13, 2008 at 6:42 pmStay in college and study kneekoo. How does one magically stumble over anything?
May 14, 2008 at 10:13 ami’m a broke bitch, give me tickets. ex-mormon girl in need of a good lay.
May 14, 2008 at 12:40 pmAppearing at this concert will allow me to move another inch up the rigid subculture social structure, bringing me one step closer to becoming a truly bona fide second-tier hipster.
Without these tickets, I will spend Thursday night crying in my PBR at Napoleon, bitterly muttering to myself about how I wasted months on the internet researching the correct way to walk in Chuck Taylors without the laces, which cheap plastic neon sunglasses to buy at the Farragut North stop, and which dealer to call up so I can get tweaked in the bathroom before Chris Burns throws on a Depeche Mode remix and I waltz out doing a sweat-drenched running man/robot hybrid with no shirt on, throwing around my jazz hands and later biking home on my carbon frame fixie while listening to Dirty Projectors on my iPod.
Save me from myself. Please. Otherwise I might as well just bleed it out.

Winning tickets to this show would mean my friends would be able to come. Friends are the greatest thing on Earth! Going to rock shows with friends are events filled with great elation!
May 12, 2008 at 3:27 pmI would really love to go to this show. Many, many thanks.
