what that article doesn't mention is that he communicates via facilitated communication, it's not just him typing on a keyboard by himself. Facilitated communication has not stood up against rigorous scientific testing. Check the actual video on CNN - I call shenanigans.
I lived outside of Baku for about 2 years. Getting wasted is about the only thing awesome about that city.
