Lindsay Lohan has always been my favorite celebrity waste of space. Without a doubt the girl is a bonafide party hero, and now Gawker claims Lindsay Lohan is a hero for the gay community.

Background: Lohan has been dating DJ Samantha Ronson for some time now and there is something suprisingly sincere about the relationship… They text each other sweet nothings, they snuggle, they buy matching jewelry, and they support the others talent. Lohan’s terrible mother calls Ronson the best “spinner” around while Ronson plays tracks from Lohan’s new album at all of her gigs describing them as “Rihanna-esque”… Ronson is either deafly in love or lying to get some ass. Sounds like young Hollywood puppy love to me! Do you buy it?

As for Lohan being a gay hero, this is what Gawker has to say:
