Every year Rock the Bells comes to the DC Area (thanks Guerilla Union) and it is essentially a game of : spot anyone who means anything in the hip hop world.

Yes, they certainly are pictures of famous people being where they were scheduled to be! There's magic in that spontaneity.
Not sure what to make of the above comment but these are some really great shots.
It's nice to see some photos of the event, things got blurry towards the end...
