Marvin is a new place on 14th just above U, freshly opened this Friday and owned by the 18th Street Lounge folks. The dude who cabbed me there correctly guessed, “Just like Marvin Gaye” and he was right.

Marvin: I liked the place. Sort of like Local 16 but shorter. The porch/roof whatever being open meant people could smoke, so you know that’s a mf plus.
