12 and older is a very large age bracket. but it also means that there are 12 year olds doing coke. i find that disturbing.

June 5, 2009 at 2:12 pmif you look at the survey you can see that they’re comparing DC with STATES, instead of other CITIES. That’s why there would be more drug use per capita. I’m sure if you looked at metropolitan areas, DC wouldn’t be nearly as high on the list (no pun intended).
