FotoweekDC is upon us once again. This year with iPhone app and photo review, gallery after gallery of breathtaking works and submissions from all over the globe.

We at BYT are VERY impressed. From what we've seen, not only is the curating of the shows done with precision and taste, the sheer breadth of the organization as it has grown right up from underneath us, is kiiinda startling. So many brilliant photographers from DC and beyond, and I saw so many of them on Friday night in Georgetown.

So, go forth DC resident. And enjoy the ART. Stop bitching about DC and grow to appreciate all the creative energy that is propelling this city forward everyday. ;)
