Exactly what the title says, and then some:
- By now you probably know that screen on the green is cancelled. Which is not necessarily news you can use, but it is news you can be upset about.
- Having said that-who needs screen on the green when the WHCD was this weekend and DC is basically Hollywood for a week?
- According to Washintonian's gallery, Everyone! was there: Sting! The Rock! Steven Spielberg! ALL THE GOSSIP GIRL BOYS! (very important!) Padma and her nipples!
- and some people even stayed behind, partying up @ Clarendon Ballroom(!!!) like Will.i.am or being classy like Natalie Portman who was seen at Posto, making out with Scarlett Johansson and whatnot. OK, ok, I made that last part up, but I do swear I did get a text about Natalie Portman's unshaven head being @ said restaurant.
get your minds out of the gutter!
In non-celebrity news:
- Sexist tackles place-of-employment bullying in DC
- There was a poetry slam @ the White House last night and it was closed to the press. Thank God for small miracles.
- Liz Glover, always a joy, pops up on MSNBC:
adorabs
- The beer garden is opening @ the Nationals stadium TODAY and tonight, the Caps are going to kick some Penguin ass or something. Don't have tickets? Don't have a TV? No worries. TWITTER TO THE RESCUE.
