God loves a cheerful giver.
Is that coffee shop to be on the second floor? Above another place? If so = fail. Coffee shops are first floor places.
Ugh. And it's above Miss Pixies, which took over the last most ideal spot for a motorcycle dealership in DC before becoming home to, you know, that place. Feh.
I LOVE Miss Pixies.
It is great, the stuff in there cracks me up, I go every week if I have time, and I am going to buy myself a column for the corner of my living room there. As soon as I work up the guts.
they also play movies in the back room.
Miss Pixies is amazing. Some of it is way overpriced but I once found a 1960s Civil Defense Drum for sanitation in case of a nuclear attack. Essentially: an oil drum full of toilet paper, a toilet seat, and instructions on how to be sanitary if the Russkies drop the bomb and you happen to survive. All for $45.
One of my few regrets in life is not buying this when I saw it.
Jason - the former Michael's Auto shop on 10th and V NW would make an excellent motorcycle dealership.
