Some totally cool person posted a picture of themselves doing coke. Turns out that with the metadata encrypted, they were pretty much right at the White House.
Not that this is a big deal since we already know that everyone does cocaine here, especially after they get their security clearance.

There seems to be a sifter of dark alcohol and what appears to be either a cocktail napkin (as opposed to stationary which one would assume to have a letterhead)

For what it's worth -- and assuming the metadata gps is spot-on -- the picture was taking in the residence... away from where most bottom-level staffers work.
Metadata can also be manipulated.
Christ, this is 4chan. What are the odds that someone at the white house posted a picture of coke on 4chan, vs the odds that some person on 4chan decided to be funny and put the white house's GPS info in his reply.
