Yep, you heard it right. Local author, American U alumni, minor major celebrity (just ask all those people who come to shake his hand in coffee shops every 10 minutes), and question-mark enthusiast Matthew Lesko descends in all his technicolor glory upon our fair city (which he calls whom) for a sleepless 72-hour Q&A. Lesko calls it a “Leskathon.” Its goal? Free. Money.
(which, come to think of it, is a common goal for any 72-hour bender)

I see that dude all the time in DC and Bethesda. Even before I moved to DC, I saw him in an airport in Denver. Makes me wonder how often I would see other people on the regular if only they were to wear the same eye-catching outfit on a daily basis. [I also used to see him on the Letterman show all the time, but I guess that doesn't count.]
he lives in kensington! my first job was at baskin robbins, and he used to come in all the time with his son. later, i went to college with his son at maryland. i seem to recall at one point telling him that his mother was the luckiest woman alive... his assortment of cars are amazing at least.
i saw him at tryst once, the best part is he was wearing ice creams with his suit. who knew matthew lesko was a sneaker head?
