Brightest Young Things

I’m hooked on Twitter. It’s becoming my main source of information as I find more useful content there than on my years-old RSS aggregator. I’ve also found more DC-based food sites and writers than I knew existed.

I figured this week I’d select some of the more useful news I’ve found this week and share some people you may want to consider following.  Trust me, there’s a lot to weed through and certainly more out there, but these sources tend to have good newsy information.

Ignores all of this because Twitter annoys me. Sorry.

Michael Chiarello is a bad dude. I was pleasantly surprised by his hustle in the Top Chef Master's kitchen, especially considering his seemingly kind and fragile disposition. I just knew he was about to have his ass handed to him, but sure enough, he ate everyone else alive...pun intended. <3

Kelly - I once sat across from Michael Chiarello at a restaurant in Miami. The woman with him has massive assets and very blond hair, but older and classy.

And Svet - agreed. Tweetcrack,

HEY! You should check out my food blog if you can, The Grand International. I review DC restaurants too, but it's mostly recipes on ethnic food (Filipino food and Arabic food). Maybe I should start a Twitter for my blog, too. http://thegrandinternational.com
