This week we have a free drink for you at Oyamel, BGR to open in Dupont, crepes come to S Street, burgers on 14th and U, a gastropub hits 9th and U, another gastropub opens downtown, Nick Cho of Murky Coffee is facing jail time and then we have the round up.

First the local news:

• Go to Oyamel's website and print out the coupon in their calendar section. It'll give you a free yummy Sloe Dead Fizz. It's their Day of the Dead festival through Nov 2 and they are offering a ton of $5 tamales. The Tamal de Acelgas features shredded pork, almonds and raisins and is absolutely delicious.
• Prince of Petworth has a ton of news. Including the fact that BGR is opening on Conn Ave. on Thursday or Friday.

• And lastly, the owners of Policy, Local 16 and Josephine's are opening a burger joint on 14th and U.
• And final new from Prince of Petworth is on The Brixton, a planned gastropub by Eric Hilton on 9th and U. Expect late night fish and chips.

• Nick Cho, of Chinatown Coffee and Murky Coffee is facing 41 years in jail for tax evasion.
