Violet Fizz

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz creme de violette

Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass. Add ice and fill up with soda. It's light, airy, sweet and purple. I could drink these all day.
