Brightest Young Things

If you're looking to use up some of your cherry brandy, look no further. This is a fruity drink that has a nice and dry finish.

St. Mark Cocktail

• 3/4 oz  gin
• 3/4 oz dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz cherry brandy
• 1/2 oz grenadine

Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.  I've heard you an also add a touch of sweet vermouth to the mix but I feel that it would be way too sweet. I like this the way it is - bright bloody red and a hint of sweet.
