Despite the saucy name, this is something your grandma would most likely order at an overpriced hotel bar. There's something about Dubonnet that just screams "old lady in pearls! Grab her purse, it has candy!".

Salmome
- 1 oz gin
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 3/4 oz Red Dubonnet
Stir in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. The taste is dry and aromatic, and though I'm not a fan of the flavor, gin and Dubonnet go together really well. They were made for each other. I was not made for this drink.
God loves a cheerful giver.
