This drink lets you get all creative because YOU choose the liquor. Now's the time to test your mixology knowledge and/or utilize whatever is left in your liquor supply.

Rail Splitter

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
• 1 1/2 oz liquor of your choosing

Add the above ingredients into a tall glass. Fill up with ginger ale and ice and drink down. Does this look incredibly familiar? It should. Lemon juice and sugar are the prime ingredients for anything ending in "sour": Bourbon Sour, Whiskey Sour, Gin Sour...you see where I'm going with this. Yet another example of how most cocktails are essentially close relations (or if you prefer, ripoffs) of other cocktails.
