A Drink A Day: Missouri Mule

This drink is another one of my “Alright, I have this ingredient, this ingredient, and a whooole lotta gin. What can I make that won’t kill me?”-brand of happy accidents. The taste is really only a hint of creme de cassis.

Missouri Mule

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz creme de cassis

Shake ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  I suggest using a gin that’s not too aromatic so it won’t compete with the fruity and citrus flavors going on here.
