This one is for the daughter of a friend of mine, named Jubilee. Despite the name it's a pretty sedate drink - gin? Lillet? Orange bitters? It's something the Queen herself would drink.

- 1 oz Lillet
- 2 0z gin
- 3 dashes orange bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a squeeze of lemon and some orange peel.
