The only thing I like more than drinking old fashioned cocktails is drinking them to the strains of mid-90s alternative rock.

Gentleman's Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe (white)
• club soda

Stir over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a lemon twist. I've never thought to combine brandy, creme de menthe, and bourbon but it's certainly interesting. I suggest using higher quality Brandy and Bourbon here as they're carrying the weight of this drink - use lower grade stuff and it tastes like toothpaste and cat poop.
