Gimlets, gimlets everywhere! This one tastes like Ricola and looks like cat pee.

Galliano Gimlet

• 1 1/2 oz Galliano
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into highball glass filled with ice and top off with soda water. This really does taste almost like a Ricola cough drop: frolicking through fields and meadows of flowery herbal flavors with giant Swiss horns. Well, maybe without the horns. The color though is a little off-putting. It really does look like pee, even more so than apple juice.
