- 2 oz brandy
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 1/4 oz orange curacao (can substitute triple sec if need be)
Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain into cocktail glass. A variation on this is to give it a sugared rim and top it off with Champagne. It’s a drink that’s sweet yet striking, thanks to the combination of brandy and bitters. Not one of my favorites, but not bad either.
