Alfonso (Ribeiro) Cocktail
In a champagne glass, add:
- 3/4 oz Red Dubonnet (the red is sweeter than the green bottle of Dubonnet)
- 1 ice cube
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 1 lump sugar
Fill glass with Champagne and add a lemon twist. Put on some Tom Jones and do your best Carlton dance.
