You may have heard of this one before, also referred to as a "Poor Man's Black Velvet". What you may not know is that this one has a dozen wildly different variations, a few of which I touch upon.

Snakebite
- Equal parts beer and hard cider
In a pint glass add equal parts beer and hard cider. Serve neat, and you can either float the beer on the cider or stir.
Black Snakebite: Add a shot of creme de cassis.
Buka-Bite: Add a shot of Sambuca.
Dog Bite: Snakebite made with Newcastle Brown Ale.
Snakebite with Venom: Add a shot of vodka.
