YMCA National Capital announces an exciting one of a kind FREE wellness event, Monday, October 1st at 6:30pm
The YMCA joins with stars Mario Lopez from the television show Dancing with the Stars, and LaChanze from the Broadway hit the Color Purple, to present Smart Spot Dance on October 1st 6:30pm – 7:30pm.

The Smart Spot Dance program is a multi-city instructional dance program that offers a fun way for families to get active. Led by Mario Lopez and LaChanze, Smart Spot Dance is a fusion of latin jazz and urban rhythms, designed to get you moving and feeling energized!

In addition to the dance program, hear registered dieticians talk about the importance of making smart choices when grocery shopping and get tips on how to put a wholesome twist on classic recipes.

Register now to dance with LaChanze and Mario Lopez in the instructional Smart Spot Dance routine. All participants receive FREE tee shirts, dvd’s, pedometers and more. This YMCA hosted event is FREE, but all members must pre register.
