WE RUN TINGS, TINGS NUH RUN WE - Washington D.C.’s socialites, artists, hipsters, suits, nerds, bourgeoisie and miscellaneous will be introduced to the world premier of b-movie, 80s infused, hip-hop and R&B classic mix of underground and pop in a live video editing style that partygoers have never seen before. The future of audio and video, this affair will feature (already 3-year veteran) VJs VideoKillers, who have been in the lab for over 2 years perfecting their art and the new wave of entertainment. Kicking off a new spree of video killing, DC will be set ablaze as we mix music video pieces from the funky and futuristic sounds of Prince, Rick James, Outkast, Beastie Boys, David Bowie, roots, electronica, with clash with live, mixed-in clips and video pieces from various cult classic and sci-fi and movies, b-movies and rare vintage.

This THURSDAY FEB 21: Hip-Hop legend producer/DJ Pete Rock debuts his album and spins a guest set; Aniekan ( http://www.myspace.com/aniekanudofia ) does live art installations, PK ( http://www.definitivedoodle.com/ ) shows his work on projector; while we mix in videos by John Bowen of VIDEOKILLERS. Still will have ping pong, pool tables and Nintendo Wii.
