Magazine that launched the career of Jane Pratt, featured Chloe Sevigny pre-Vincent Gallo blow job fiasco, paved the way for “Bust” and “Bitch” and had DC’s own Ian Svenonius voted “Sassiest Boy In America” (circa 96 or so, and also circa this photo:

omg! I tottally remember when Ian was on the cover and honestly so many of my girlfriends were swooning over him. at the time, everyone bought that magazine. it was so popular. sassy and ym were in everyone’s locker. now i dont think they sell either of those :-p
